Can I come tour the event space before I decide to book?
- Yes! Please do! Tours are available Mondays as long as an event is not going on. You can schedule a tour on our <website>. If the available time slots do not work for you, PLEASE reach out via email and we will find something that does work for you.
How many guests can the event center accommodate?
- The event center can accommodate up to about [65] seated guests. Please let us know the number of guests in advance to ensure we can meet your needs.
What amenities and equipment are included in the rental?
- We provide Charis
- Tables [7] 60" rounds
- Tables [2] 6' rectangular and [2] 4' rectangular
- Basic black or white linens
- Wi-fi, Bar/Prep area
- Large rolling wall to further customize your space (see the gallery for more info on this one)
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
- Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
Do you provide on-site catering or event planning services?
- We do not provide catering or event planning services directly, but we can recommend trusted local vendors. You are also welcome to arrange your own catering and planning services.
What are the available rental times?
- We are open from 8 AM to 10PM. You can rent the space any time between these hours. See our <book your event> page for more details.
Are there any insurance requirements?
- We recommend obtaining event insurance to cover any potential damages or liabilities. While we do not provide insurance, it can help protect against unforeseen issues. It is not required.
Can we decorate the event center?
- Yes, you are welcome to decorate the event center to suit your event. You may use command strips if you need to hang something on the wall. NO TAPE ON THE WALLS
Is there Wi-Fi available at the event center?
- Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi for guests. The network name and password will be provided upon arrival. If you have specific technical needs, please let us know in advance.
