General Policies for Wild Sage Events
1. Booking & Reservation:
- Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made through our website. A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.
- Payment: at least 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking + a 20% refundable cleaning deposit. The remaining balance is due [7] days prior to the event.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: You have [5] days after the date of booking your reservation to cancel and receive a full refund.
3. Event Duration & Access:
- Rental Time: The Space is available for hourly, half day, or full day rentals. Your rental time includes your time to set-up and clean-up for your event.

4. Capacity & Usage:
- Guest Limit: The maximum capacity for the event center is about [65] guests. We have [7] 60" round tables that accommodate 8-10 guests each. If you plan to have an "open house" you can accommodate more.
- Usage Restrictions: The event center is to be used solely for the purpose described in the booking. Any unauthorized use or activity is prohibited.
- Courtyard: You are welcome to use the courtyard! Please be respectful of other businesses.
5. Damage & Cleaning:
To ensure the event space is returned in excellent condition, a refundable deposit equal to 20% of the rental fee is required. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your event, pending an inspection of the venue. To receive your full deposit back:
- The event center must be left clean and tidy.
- There must be no damages to the property or equipment.
6. Insurance:
- Liability Insurance: Renters are encouraged, but not required, to obtain event insurance to cover potential damages or liabilities. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages occurring during the event.
7. Changes & Amendments:
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or amend these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to renters promptly.
